Privacy Policy
Renderqo Post · Last updated: July 9, 2026
Renderqo Post ("Renderqo," "we," "our," or "us") is a social media publishing service that lets you connect your own social accounts and publish or schedule content to them from one place. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use post.renderqo.com.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Your Renderqo account
You sign in with your Renderqo member account. We process your name, email, and account status to identify you and secure your session.
1.2 Information from connected social platforms
When you connect a social account, we receive — based on the permissions you grant during that platform's authorization — the minimum profile data needed to identify the account you are posting to:
- TikTok: display name, username, avatar, and your unique identifier (
open_id); and your account's posting capabilities (allowed privacy levels, comment/duet/stitch settings, maximum video duration) via the Creator Info query. - Facebook & Instagram (Meta): your name and avatar, the Facebook Pages you manage and their identifiers, and any linked Instagram professional account identifiers.
- Threads: your Threads profile name, username, and user identifier.
- YouTube (Google): your channel name, avatar, and channel identifier.
We request only the permissions necessary to publish content on your behalf. We do not request access to your private data, direct messages, or contacts.
1.3 Access tokens
To publish on your behalf we store the access (and, where applicable, refresh) tokens issued by each platform. These are encrypted at rest and used only to perform the actions you request.
1.4 Content you provide
- Videos and images you upload or select from your Renderqo media
- Captions, titles, descriptions, tags
- Privacy level, interaction settings, and content disclosures (e.g. commercial content, AI-generated content)
- Scheduled posting times
1.5 Technical information
- Browser type and version, device information
- IP address and access timestamps
- Session information
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate you and maintain your session
- Connect your social accounts and display their profile information within the app
- Publish and schedule the content you create to the accounts you select
- Show you the status of your posts and account connections
- Provide support and respond to your inquiries
- Maintain, secure, and improve the service
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
3.1 The platforms you publish to
When you choose to publish, your content and its metadata are sent to the platform you selected. Each platform's own policy then governs that data: TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads), Google (YouTube).
3.2 Third parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may disclose information only:
- When required by law or to respond to valid legal process
- To protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy
4. Data Storage and Security
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never exposed to your browser.
- Uploaded media is stored temporarily so the destination platform can retrieve it during publishing, then removed on our retention schedule (see §5). Files are served from unguessable, randomly generated URLs.
- All data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS.
- We apply access controls, session management, and regular security reviews.
5. Data Retention
- Connected accounts & tokens: retained until you disconnect the account or the token is revoked/expires.
- Uploaded media: retained only as long as needed to publish, then deleted automatically (typically within 48 hours of a post reaching a final state, or 7 days if never used).
- Session data: deleted on sign-out or after the session expires.
- Logs: retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Disconnect at any time: remove any connected account from within Renderqo Post, which stops all further access. You can also revoke Renderqo's access directly in each platform's settings (e.g. TikTok → Manage app permissions; Meta → Business Integrations; Google → Third-party access).
- Access & deletion: request a copy or deletion of the data we hold about you.
- Portability: request your data in a portable format.
To exercise these rights, email support@renderqo.com.
7. Platform Integrations
Renderqo Post integrates with the official APIs of TikTok, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), and Google (YouTube). Your use of each connection is also subject to that platform's terms and privacy policy, and you can manage or revoke permissions in the platform's settings at any time. We request only the permissions required for the features you use.
8. Children's Privacy
The service is not intended for users under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
