Welcome to Renderqo Post (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Description of Service

Renderqo Post is a web application that lets you:

• Connect your own social media accounts — TikTok, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube
• Upload or select media and publish it to those accounts
• Schedule posts and manage privacy settings, interaction settings, and content disclosures

The Service operates through each platform's official APIs and is subject to those platforms' policies and guidelines.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have valid, in-good-standing accounts on the platforms you connect
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

3. Account and Authorization

3.1 Connecting social accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorize Renderqo Post to access that account and act on your behalf only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to the extent of the permissions you grant. You also agree to the terms and policies of each connected platform.

3.2 Your responsibility

You are responsible for all activity performed through your connected accounts via the Service, and for keeping your Renderqo and platform accounts secure. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. User Content

4.1 Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload or publish. By using the Service to publish, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content complies with the Community Guidelines and policies of each destination platform
• Your content is not illegal, harmful, or objectionable

4.2 Content restrictions

You agree NOT to upload or publish content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates any destination platform's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Is spam, misleading, or deceptive

4.3 Disclosure requirements

When publishing through the Service, you must accurately disclose, where applicable and using the controls we provide:

• Commercial content (promotional or branded content) and paid partnerships
• AI-generated or significantly AI-edited content
• Whether content is made for children (where required, e.g. YouTube)

You are solely responsible for making these disclosures truthfully.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service except through our documented API
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Distribute malware or spam
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service in any way that could harm a connected platform or its users

6. Platform Compliance

The Service operates through third-party platform APIs. You acknowledge and agree to comply with each platform's developer and content policies, including:

• TikTok — Developer Terms and Community Guidelines
• Meta — Platform Terms and the Facebook/Instagram/Threads Community Standards
• Google/YouTube — API Services Terms and Community Guidelines

You also accept each platform's rate limits and posting restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Renderqo and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Platform trademarks

TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and their logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only in accordance with each owner's brand guidelines, and we are not endorsed by or affiliated with these platforms.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content will be successfully published to any platform, that the Service will meet your requirements, or that any errors will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENDERQO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or content loss
• Actions taken by any connected platform regarding your account or content
• Unauthorized access to your information

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renderqo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

12.1 By you

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and revoking access in each platform's settings.

12.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12.3 Effect

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renderqo regarding the Service.
